Eye Examinations
Adult Eye Exams
Your Eye Health
During your eye exam, one of our optometrists will test, scan and examine your eyes to ensure your best optical health. With OPTOmap imaging, your optometrist will have an opportunity to get a closer look at what’s beneath the surface of your eyes, looking for any signs of vision impairment. Your optometrist will also have you perform a series of vision tests to determine if you are in need of a prescription or not. If you are, your optometrist will write you a prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses. This is also a great opportunity for you to discuss laser therapy or surgery with your optometrist to determine if you are an ideal candidate.
Booking an Exam
Stay on top of your vision and eye health with a regular eye exam. For most adults, we recommend having one eye exam performed per year. Of course, this number can fluctuate depending on the health of your eyes and quality of your vision. To learn more about your eye health and determine how often you require an eye exam, speak with one of the experts at the Waterdown Optometric Clinic today. Our team would be glad to assist you.
